Hi, I’m Dave!

I’m a senior animator, motion designer and artist with 18+ years of experience creating visual work for sports, broadcast and entertainment.

My career has taken me from local television and regional sports to national networks and ESPN, where I’ve spent the past decade creating motion design, 3D animation and visual storytelling for some of the biggest events and brands in sports and entertainment.

My background spans broadcast graphics, show packages, promotional campaigns, in-game content, editorial design and real-time 3D. I primarily work in Cinema 4D, After Effects and Unreal Engine, and I’m always looking for new ways to combine design, animation and technology.

Outside of work, I’m a husband and dad, artist, skateboarder, gamer and lifelong tinkerer.

I live in Colorado with my wife and our two boys. When I’m not designing or animating, I’m usually hanging with my family, drawing, gaming, running, skateboarding, 3D printing something—or starting another project I probably don’t have time for.
